I’M THANKFUL FOR MARTINI’S! No matter how big or small your Thanksgiving is this year, there’s one thing you can’t forget, and that’s the pumpkin pie. However, this is 2020, and nothing is really as it seems, so if that’s the order of the day, then this Pumpkintini should fit the bill! It’s simple to make and tastes just like a slice of that iconic pie!
I’m not too fond of when I get a martini, and it burns the back of my throat. That’s what I was fully prepared to experience here. Imagine how surprised I was when I took a sip and had all the best flavors of a pumpkin pie with none of that burn! I could have had five of these, but honestly, with the amount of alcohol in this, one was enough.

If you are looking to make drinks more frequently, a good investment would be a bar set. They come with various things, but most iconically is the shaker, which you will definitely need for this recipe. The other ingredients are as follows:

Super easy, fill up your shaker with ice and add everything except the toppings. Shake it up, and when it’s too cold to hold, you know you’re ready to pour. I like to use the whipped cream with a nozzle so that it looks pretty on top. Add a sprinkle of Cinnamon, and you’re ready to serve! I think you’ll be surprised at how smooth it goes down. So if you have a family member who may not want a slice of pie, but may like a drink, suggest this and then get ready to impress.
