So for the last two years, I have been making one of my new year’s goals to be weightloss, and if you’ve been following this blog, you’ll know that I haven’t really lost anything. So today, I’m committing to this again, and this time I’m documenting the results on my Youtube channel.
I’m tired of being tired. I’m tired of not treating myself in a way that I know I need to be treating myself. This year, that changes. I want to lose 100lbs by the end of this year and the start of 2022 or die trying (not actually die, but you know what I mean). I’m going to show you my workouts, my diets, what I do with difficult emotions, and take you every step of the way. This was filmed on January first and it was a good start to what I think will be, a beautiful year of health.
