I feel like summer is made for seafood, so I’m basically obsessed with all things ocean living. If you’ve never had curry before this is a nice gentle place to start. Thai curry can be really spicy, but this has a gentle flavor that doesn’t overshadow the taste of the Mahi Mahi. For a quick weeknight meal, this was easy to make and delicious to eat!
I LOVE the tropics. I’ve never been to Hawaii but if it’s anything like Puerto Rico it’s got to be gorgeous. Lately, I’ve been feeling the pull of the beach. The closest beach we have here is Revere and it’s okay, but not like the Florida beaches I grew up with. So I’m trying to celebrate the beginning of summer the best way I can and that’s through food. That’s when I had this delicious idea to make this Hawaiian Fried Rice and now the recipe is ALL YOURS!
Sometimes it’s nice to have a pasta dish that isn’t packed with meat. I have to admit though, this dish tastes so good it’s a little unbelievable that I got it out of a Vegetarian cookbook! It’s easy to whip up too! So if you’re looking to make your meatless Mondays more fun and luxurious you NEED this recipe!
The duality of life is something frequently encountered. Good vs. Bad. Happy vs Sad. Tired vs Energize and here’s another one for you to pick between (or not): Sweet vs. Savory! Don’t worry though, once you know how to make a crepe what you put into it is all up to you so don’t be afraid to experiment a little. I LOVE Crepes, but I’ve always heard that they are tough to make. I decided to be brave though, and try this recipe to make a delicious breakfast, and it was a LOT easier than I thought it would be. So I’m happy to pass this on to you.
My husband’s birthday was recently and considering we weren’t able to go to a restaurant to celebrate, I asked him what he would like that was special for a dinner at home. He told me he wanted something that was surf and turf with a little meat and some seafood. I went scouting and found this recipe for Steak Oscar and let me tell you, it was MIND BLOWINGLY GOOD!
My mother used to make this all the time. It’s delicious, you can partially make it ahead of time and freeze it and it’s a perfect meal to have on hand for a lazy lunch or dinner when you don’t feel like cooking! Read more

I read once that whenever you are depressed you’re living in the past, and whenever you are anxious, you’re living in the future….If you are at peace, you’re living in the present. Right now, with the future being so uncertain and the past haunting our moments at home, it can feel like there’s no relief. Still, in this article, I’ll talk to you not only about how I found peace by living in the moment, or how it helped me make better choices for my future, but how you can start implementing it immediately!
If you’re looking for something tasty and healthy this is a great recipe to try out. It tastes very similar to the kind of food you’d get with take-out. It’s packed with fresh veggies and really easy to make and the dipping sauce is absolutely fantastic! Perfect to make if your mom likes Asian food.
It’s no secret that I love Latino food and one item, in particular, is my favorite. Mexican Street Corn is a cob of corn on a stick and that covered in usually mayo and some spices and a salty cheese called Cotija and it is DELICIOUS!!!! Seriously, it’s one of my favorite things to eat. I have to say that this recipe I’m about to give you that in soup form. It’s creamy and delicious and topped with bacon and cotija soup and the best part is, it serves 4 really well!
