St. Patrick’s Day brings out the Irish in all of us and I am no exception. For this “What I ate in a day” I’m giving my food a green festive theme. Normally I’d love to eat Bangers and Mash, or a nice slab of Corned Beef, but I’m trying to be good and eat healthy. I traded the heavy holiday foods in for lighter, green and gold colors that were still packed full of flavor and didn’t leave me feeling deprived.
Hello Everyone! In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to make a low-calorie Eggs Benedict. It’s elegant, and special, and tastes amazing. You won’t feel like you’re on a diet at all!

You may not be able to go to a five-star hotel right now, but that’s no reason not to have a breakfast like you’re in one! This is a really luxurious breakfast and yet it’s not as expensive as you would think. The sourdough and the yogurt help to balance out the saltiness of the Caviar and the Gravlax adds protein and depth to the flavor. This was easy to put together and looked extremely elegant.
Once a year my parents use to take my sisters and me to Pennsylvania to see my grandmother. In the back of her home, she grew apple trees and she would make apple chips and canned apple butter. In Florida, we didn’t really have apple butter, or at least it wasn’t really kept in our home pantry, so it was truly special to have. September is the start of the fall season so why not embrace it with this tantalizing Bourbon apple butter!

The duality of life is something frequently encountered. Good vs. Bad. Happy vs Sad. Tired vs Energize and here’s another one for you to pick between (or not): Sweet vs. Savory! Don’t worry though, once you know how to make a crepe what you put into it is all up to you so don’t be afraid to experiment a little. I LOVE Crepes, but I’ve always heard that they are tough to make. I decided to be brave though, and try this recipe to make a delicious breakfast, and it was a LOT easier than I thought it would be. They’re filling, sweet, and healthy coming in at (408 calories per serving) and will keep you feeling full till lunch. The best part is, they can be made ahead of time and then they just sit in your fridge till morning!
