Hello Everyone! In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to make a low-calorie Eggs Benedict. It’s elegant, and special, and tastes amazing. You won’t feel like you’re on a diet at all!
I never want to feel deprived or that I’m being punished when I’m trying to lose weight. I think too often people associate dieting with always being hungry and food that looks…well…not the most fun to eat.
My goal is to really enjoy the weight loss process. I like the quote “You are what you eat, so don’t be fast, cheap, easy, or fake”. If I am what I eat, I want to be healthy, elegant, and special. So when I made this Eggs Benedict and I felt healthy, elegant, and special, I knew I was on the right track.
