If you ever wondered how to go about making a menu, look no further! I have been making menus for YEARS. It’s not only helped me stay organized, but it’s saved me money (no more impulse buying from the supermarket), and most recently it’s helped me track the calories I eat so I lose weight more consistently.
Recently I noticed my weight loss slowing which is normal given the weight I’ve lost. So in this video, I’ll show you what I’m using to get my NEW calorie limit, and how I go about planning a menu to stay within that new calorie limit. *Hint* it’s not as hard as it sounds.
